What "no card needed" actually means
It means exactly what it says. There is no payment screen, no card field, and no seven-day window after which something starts charging you. We are not describing a paid plan as free, and we are not describing a trial. The visibility report is the one genuinely free thing on our list, and everything else has a price printed on the site.
This matters because plenty of "free audit" offers in this industry are really a card capture. If a company asks for a card before showing you anything, that is a different arrangement to this one.
What to have ready before you request it
You can do this in about two minutes, but the report is only as useful as what you hand over. Get these straight first:
- Your business name exactly as it appears on Google. Not the legal entity name, not the version on your van. The one on the listing.
- Your website address. If you do not have a website, say so. That is a finding, not a disqualification.
- The town or towns you actually want work from. Not your whole state. The places you would happily drive to on a Tuesday.
- The services you want to be found for. "Plumber" is not the same as "water heater replacement", and the two behave differently in search.
If two of those are vague, the report will be vague back. Owners who give us the real service area and the real service list get something they can act on.
What the report looks at
It is built around the same ground our paid work covers: your Google Business Profile and your website, seen the way a local searcher in your area would come across them. That includes whether your listing information is consistent, whether your site actually says what you do and where you do it, and where the obvious gaps sit.
What it is not is a hundred-page automated printout. A long PDF full of severity scores is easy to generate and hard to use. The point of the report is that you finish reading it knowing what is broken and roughly in what order to fix it.
What it will not tell you
This is the honest part, and it is worth knowing before you book so you are not disappointed.

What happens after the report lands
You read it. That is the whole obligation. Some owners take the list and fix things themselves, which is a completely legitimate outcome and one we would rather you did than pay us for work you can do in an afternoon.
