RankSteer exists because the work that keeps a local business findable is real work, it never ends, and almost nobody running a business has time for it.
Who this is for.
Locksmiths, garage door companies, pest control, roofers, cleaners, movers, salons. Businesses where a customer searches, picks one of the first few results, and calls. If that is how you get work, this product is aimed at you.
It is not aimed at national brands, ecommerce, or anyone who needs a content team. There are better tools for those.
The company
RankSteer is a Cyticx product. Cyticx builds and runs marketing systems for local service businesses: websites, advertising, call tracking and now local visibility.
A person here is accountable for what the system does in your name. That is the point of saying who built it.
How we work

Never promise a ranking
Google and the AI platforms decide what appears. We are responsible for the work and the honesty, and we say so out loud rather than in a footnote.
Your voice stays yours
Anything published in your name can be read, edited or switched off by you. Automation is for the routine part, not for the relationship.
No lock-in
Month to month. A product that has to trap you is telling you something about the product.
Real screens, real reports
The product images on this website are screenshots of the real thing. Where a number is small or unflattering, it stays small and unflattering.
One price, published
The price is on the pricing page. You should not have to book a call to find out what something costs.
Why the name.
Rank is the thing every local business is chasing. Steer is the part everybody forgets: it is not a one-off push, it is a hand on the wheel, month after month, making small corrections. The fox is there because the work rewards being quick and a bit clever rather than loud.
